Do I need to supply anything?
We are fully equipped to service your home. However, if you have any particular cleaning materials you would like us to use, we will gladly use them. We cannot accept any responsibility for those products.
How do you deal with pets?
We deal with many types of animals on a daily basis and will work with you to arrange the best solution for your pets.
Are you licensed?
Yes, all our offices are fully licensed, bonded, insured and carry workers compensation, copies of which are available upon request.
How do I pay?
Payment is required on the day of service. We accept cash and checks.
Should I leave a tip?
Tipping is at your discretion. It is not expected but gratefully accepted.
What if I am not pleased with my cleaning?
We guarantee all of our work. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service, simply notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly rectify your concerns.
Why do you have to do an estimate?
We tailor our service to suit your needs. To be able to supply this kind of personal service, we need to meet you at home to discuss how we can best help you.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we do not require a contract.
What if I need to change my service day or time?
Simply call the office and let us know. We will gladly reschedule for you. Please note that we do require 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fees.
